Our services begin with an Assessment that usually lasts 50-55 minutes. Your clinician will talk with you about your current situation, ask you about your history, and make a recommendation for services. You will then develop a “treatment plan” together that outlines how services will go and what outcomes are expected. Follow-up appointments usually last between 45-55 minutes with the frequency of weekly to less than weekly. The frequency will decrease as symptoms improve.

We offer virtual and in-person appointments. Virtual visits are conducted within a HIPAA secured platform.

Online or in-person, we are in-network with AETNA, Kaiser, PacificSource and Providence Health Plans. We also offer to use out-of-network benefits and self-pay agreements. We bill your health plan and you are responsible for payment of fees (i.e., co-pay/co-insurance/deductible or non-covered services).

We maintain a fee schedule identifying the price of various services. If you have insurance and receive services covered by your insurance, the fee schedule may not reflect our agreement with your insurer and the amount you are responsible for. We may update these charges from time to time in our sole discretion.
48-hour late cancellation, no-show or late arrival fee: $75.00 ($20 for a group therapy appointment).
Usual & Customary fee: initial intake is $295.00 and each follow-up session is $250.00 for 60 minutes.

We offer mental health outpatient services. So, we rely on community support for crisis care or after-hours crisis needs.
