Connection, Growth, and Shared Values: Let’s Address Your Concerns Together

Healing happens in community. Values-based group therapy offers a supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and grow together. Through meaningful discussions and guided reflection, you'll gain new perspectives, build resilience, and align your journey with what truly matters to you—all while feeling seen, heard, and supported.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Learn ways to be more present in life and increase resilience to stress and pain.

This 8-week therapy group is offered in-person and virtually. Participants should plan to commit 30 minutes each day for home practice. This group is friendly for those new to mindfulness and those who already have some experience.
