Sex Therapy

Building Connection, Confidence, and Well-Being

Sex therapy is a safe and supportive space to explore concerns related to intimacy, relationships, and sexual well-being. Whether you’re navigating challenges with desire, communication, past experiences, or identity, sex therapy helps you build a healthier, more fulfilling connection with yourself and your partner(s). Rooted in values-based mental health care, our approach is compassionate, judgment-free, and tailored to your unique needs.

Your sexual health is an important part of your overall well-being, and we’re here to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and connection.

Eco Therapy

Healing Through Nature

If you feel more at ease outdoors, eco therapy (also known as walk-and-talk therapy) offers a refreshing alternative to traditional sessions. This approach combines the benefits of therapy with the calming, grounding effects of nature—helping you process emotions, reduce stress, and gain clarity while walking in a natural setting.

Rooted in values-based mental health care, eco therapy honors your connection to nature while supporting your emotional well-being. Whether you’re seeking healing, personal growth, or simply a new way to engage in therapy, this mindful, movement-based approach can help you feel more balanced, present, and at peace.

Integrated Behavioral Health

Supportive Care Where You Need It

Taking care of your mental health should feel as natural as caring for your physical health. Through our partnership with Northwest Primary Care, we offer integrated behavioral health services—meaning you can access mental health support directly within your primary care clinic. This approach makes it easy to get the help you need in a familiar, supportive setting without the extra steps of finding a separate therapist.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, managing stress, or facing life challenges, our values-based, evidence-driven care is here to support you. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—we’re here to meet you where you are, with compassion and respect for your unique journey.

EMDR

Healing Trauma, Restoring Balance

If past experiences still affect your daily life, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) can help. EMDR is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain process difficult memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. Instead of reliving trauma, EMDR allows you to reprocess it in a way that brings relief, clarity, and resilience.

At our practice, we offer values-based mental health care, ensuring that your healing journey aligns with what matters most to you. EMDR isn’t about forgetting the past—it’s about freeing yourself from its hold so you can live with more peace, confidence, and emotional balance.

WPATH Evaluations

Affirming Care for Your Journey

We provide WPATH (World Professional Association for Transgender Health) evaluations in a supportive, values-based environment that prioritizes your well-being. A WPATH evaluation is a collaborative process that helps affirm your gender journey by ensuring access to the medical care and support you need. Our goal is to make this experience respectful, affirming, and centered on you—free from unnecessary barriers.

Whether you’re seeking hormone therapy, surgery, or other gender-affirming care, we’re here to help with an informed, compassionate approach. Your identity is valid, your journey matters, and we are honored to support you every step of the way.

Diagnostic Evaluations

Clarity for Your Mental Health Journey

If you’ve been given multiple diagnoses over the years or feel like therapy isn’t getting to the root of your struggles, a diagnostic evaluation can provide the clarity you need. Our comprehensive second-opinion evaluations help individuals and their therapists gain a deeper understanding of symptoms, ensuring an accurate diagnosis that guides effective treatment.

With a values-based, collaborative approach, we focus on what truly matters—helping you feel seen, understood, and supported. Whether you're seeking answers for yourself or a client, we’re here to provide insight and direction, so healing can move forward with confidence.
