Our downtown Portland office is located at Industrious Pioneer Square, on the 10th floor (Suite 1000). It’s accessible via public transportation, with paid on-street parking available. Enter through the glass doors under the "SIXTH" sign, using the code 10003 if the door is locked. Elevators are accessible from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays; outside of these hours, your therapist will greet you at the main door on 6th Avenue.
The building is fully accessible, with elevator access and gender-neutral restrooms. Once on the 10th floor, relax in the waiting area with complimentary beverages and snacks. Your therapist will greet you at your appointment time.

Our Central Eastside Portland office is at SPACES Buckman, located on the 2nd floor. Enter through the glass doors marked SPACES (Suite 105). Parking is available on nearby streets, with paid on-street parking and a free visitor lot at SE Stark and MLK. Public transit is also nearby.

Our Beaverton office is located at VIDA Coworking in the renovated Valley Plaza building, on the 2nd floor. Accessible via elevator, the building has handicap parking. Enter from the North side parking lot, and you'll find VIDA at the end of the hall in Suite 250, where a friendly greeter will welcome you. Public parking is free for VIDA guests.

Our SE Portland office is located in the Sellwood neighborhood, overlooking Sellwood Riverfront Park, on the 3rd floor of the River Park Center inside Regus. There is a large free parking lot with ADA spaces available.

Intake
Starts with an assessment (50-55 minutes). You will chat about your current situation, your history, and goals. A plan for treatment will be made with your goals and plan for follow up
Follow-up Appointments
Appointments last 30-55 minutes. We'll start by understanding your concerns and work together toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. As symptoms improve, the frequency will reduce.
