Getting Started

How do I get started?

Complete the prospective client form below and we will reach out ONLY if we identify a good provider match.

Access is dependent on several factors which can include:

  • Availability (in-person vs telehealth, weekdays vs weekends, or daytime vs evening).

  • Age (child, teen, vs adult)

  • Insurance (in-network vs out of network)

  • Reasons for seeking therapy - if you are a match with one of our providers clinical speciality vs other reasons seeking services.

  • Services requested (individual, group or speciality service like EMDR). *note - we do not have access for ADHD evaluations or psychological testing.

What should I expect next?

If we have access that matches your needs, we will reach out to ask a few questions about you, reasons for seeking therapy, and confirm your availability. Our goal is to help find a therapist that matches your unique concerns. If your availability matches with a provider, you will be given an option to have a brief 15-minute phone consult with the therapist you’d like to see OR we will schedule your intake appointment, if the therapist does not ask for an initial meet-and-great consult. Once the appointment is confirmed, we’ll get you set up for the patient portal and check your insurance benefits before your first appointment. At your first appointment, you will meet with a provider that we recommend to see if it is the right fit. Expect to cover what you want in therapy, how often we’ll meet and what your insurance will cover.
