Get Started

How do I get started?

Complete the prospective client form, and we'll contact you to offer an appointment, add you to a provider's waitlist, or recommend other mental health clinics that may be a better fit for your needs.

If we have a suitable provider, we'll contact you to schedule an intake appointment, discuss your therapy goals and availability, and verify your insurance. During the first appointment, you'll meet the provider to determine if it's a good fit and review therapy goals, frequency, and insurance coverage.

Our clinic uses technology for client services, requiring the latest version of Google Chrome for setting up your patient portal and completing paperwork. Telehealth appointments are conducted via Zoom. We do not offer paper forms, phone payments, or alternatives. If you lack reliable access to the required technology, PSC may be able to offer extra assistance.

What is your access like?

Access to services depends on factors such as availability (in-person vs telehealth, days/times), age (child, teen, adult), insurance (in-network vs out-of-network), therapy needs (provider's clinical specialty), and requested services (individual, group, or specialty like EMDR).

Insurance?

We are in-network with AETNA, Kaiser NW, PacificSource, and Providence Health Plan.

We have immediate access for Group Therapy.
