We’re looking for Licensed Mental Health Providers to to join our team.

What is the job like?

At our mental health outpatient clinic, you will be providing therapy and counseling to enhance well-being. You will have the opportunity to work with a client population seeking mental health care from values-based clinicians. As a therapist, you'll have the freedom to offer therapeutic services that align with your interests, experiences, and the needs of the client population. Additionally, you'll have the chance to provide individual, family, and group therapy for a diverse range of concerns.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking licensed Psychologists or licensed master’s level therapists who are eligible to practice in the states of Oregon and/or Washington. We value clinicians who embrace collaboration with their colleagues, community, and clients. You have the flexibility to customize your work week, choosing from a combination of telehealth and in-person therapy appointments. We do not impose minimum billable hour expectations, allowing you to focus on providing quality care to your clients.

  • Our offices are situated in modern, collaborative spaces in Downtown Portland and the Central Eastside. Each building is thoughtfully designed, offering private therapy rooms, group therapy spaces, telehealth-only rooms, co-working spaces, and meeting rooms. Moreover, all our facilities are ADA-compliant and accessible to individuals of all body types and genders.

  • We strive to make your professional life easier by taking care of administrative tasks such as credentialing and billing. Additionally, we provide access to efficient tools like the Valant electronic health record system, Office 365 (including Teams), and Zoom (telehealth, phone, fax, text). You can also benefit from our extensive referral network and partnerships within the community.

  • We believe in acknowledging your expertise and dedication. Licensed master's therapists typically earn between $81,000 and $105,000 annually, based on working 20-26 service units per week. Licensed psychologists typically earn between $109,000 and $141,000 annually, also based on working 20-26 service units per week.

    We prioritize flexibility and choice when it comes to your work week. You can select the average number of service units you wish to commit to, ensuring a consistent monthly salary. Whether you opt for 8 service units per week or 35 service units per week, all employees receive our comprehensive benefit package.

    Employees enjoy a range of benefits, including a 401k with 4% matching, health insurance, annual malpractice coverage, a $500 computer/internet stipend, 120 hours of paid time off (PTO), a $500-$1000 continuing education (CEU) stipend, and access to a local wellness membership.

  • Your growth as a professional is important to us. Full-time clinicians can avail a CEU stipend of $500 - $1000 to pursue training outside of PSC. Moreover, we offer no-cost CEU opportunities through our continuing education series.
