Group Therapy
Mindfulness for Stress Reduction
Learn ways to be more present in life and increase resilience to stress and pain.
Together, we will explore what mindfulness is and various practices for building present-moment awareness. Practices are designed to help us slow down and notice our experiences with less judgment. These include brief, informal practices as well as longer guided meditations.
This 8-week therapy group is offered in-person and virtually. Participants should plan to commit 30 minutes each day for home practice. This group is friendly for those new to mindfulness and those who already have some experience.
